Can I exchange or return an item for another one?
TreasureScape.ca does not accept returns and exchanges for opened, unsealed, or used products.
We offer exchanges or refunds for products that remain unopened, undamaged, and unused in their original condition. All returned items must be in their original condition with the original packaging and must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be credited.
My order is unclaimed. Can TreasureScape.ca ship the parcel again?
We are able to ship the items again; however, If your package is unclaimed, refused, or returned to the sender, the original shipping costs will not be refunded or credited.
You will be liable for the losses due to any incorrect shipping address provided.
The item I received is not what I ordered?
Your order is packed and checked thoroughly prior to shipping. However, if the items turn out to be different from what you purchased, please contact us at INFO@TREASURESCAPE.CA immediately.
Damaged, Missing, or Faulty Items
We do our best to ensure the highest standards in shipping, but we understand that issues can sometimes arise after the package leaves our hands. Please inspect your order upon reception.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please take photos or videos and email us with your order number at INFO@TREASURESCAPE.CA within 24 hours of receiving the package. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund or provide a replacement for products reported outside of this timeframe.
