Pre-orders
Pre-ordered or back-ordered items
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any available items immediately. The remaining items will follow as soon as they become available. If you receive only part of your order, the rest is on its way.
Tracking
Following your order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and, if you provided a mobile number, a text message with a tracking ID and link. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for tracking information to appear.
Address
Wrong address disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to process orders quickly, so there is only a small window to make corrections. If you believe you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately.
Lost or stolen
Lost or stolen packages
Treasurescape is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please report it directly to the shipping carrier using the details on your tracking page.

File a report with the carrier directly, as they handle all delivery disputes.
