Seals & packaging
Every product arrives in its original manufacturer-sealed packaging. Nothing is repackaged, relabeled, or transferred at any point.

Expiry & freshness
Every incoming batch is checked for expiry date before it goes live. We don't carry old stock. Everything we ship has significant shelf life remaining.

Texture & colour
Every formula is checked against known-good references before shipping. Oxidation-sensitive serums like Vitamin C should always be clear to pale yellow, never orange.

Proper storage, always
All products are stored in a clean, temperature-controlled environment, away from direct light and heat, consistent with each brand's own storage guidelines.

Are all your products guaranteed to be genuine?
Yes, without exception. We independently review every product for packaging integrity, batch freshness, storage condition, and other authenticity indicators before it ships. Official retailer relationships apply only to the brands specifically identified above; no official relationship is stated or implied for other brands. We stand behind every product we sell. If you have a specific concern after receiving your order, reach out and we'll address it directly.
Are products ever near expiry or old stock?
No. We rotate inventory regularly and verify expiry dates on every incoming batch. Everything we ship has a minimum of 12 months remaining, and most have considerably more. Vitamin C serums get additional scrutiny given their oxidation sensitivity.
